Spaces available from autumn/winter 2025
Relationships can be deeply rewarding, but they also take work. Relationship therapy provides a space to strengthen your connection.
There are many kinds of relationships that can benefit from therapeutic intervention – this includes those in a romantic relationship, as well as family members, friends, and co-parents.
Common reasons couples seek counselling
People seek relationship therapy for a variety of reasons; primarily to address conflict, improve communication, and rebuild trust. Common issues include communication breakdowns, infidelity, intimacy problems, and difficulties managing parenting or financial stress. Therapy can help couples understand their relationship patterns, find ways to resolve conflict, and strengthen their emotional bond.
My approach
My aim as a relational couples therapist is to support you to improve the relationship as a whole, not to take sides or place blame. My role is to remain neutral, helping each person feel heard and to understand each other's perspectives, improve communication, and build a stronger, more connected relationship. This involves identifying and addressing negative patterns of communication and behaviour, and developing healthier conflict resolution skills.
Session length, location, and cost
Sessions last 60 minutes. Face-to-face sessions are available in Eastleigh at Cranberry Wellbeing Centre (easily accessible by car and public transport). I can provide online counselling support to couples living further afield.
